6 Prohibited Activities & Account Restrictions

Tashkhela is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Any attempt at fraud, cheating, or deceiving other members.
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts, or software.
• Money laundering or conducting transactions using funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Threatening or harassing Tashkhela staff.

If any suspicious activity is detected, Tashkhela may temporarily suspend the account pending investigation. During this period, the member will not be able to place bets or make withdrawals.

8 Account Closure & Self-Exclusion

Tashkhela believes in responsible gaming. If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, please use our Self-Exclusion feature. This allows you to deactivate your account either temporarily for a set period or permanently.

• Temporary Pause: Account breaks of between 1 week and 6 months are available.
• Permanent Closure: You may choose to permanently close your account at any time. Any available balance will be returned to you.

10 Dispute Resolution & Complaints Process
